Local Products - Holschlag Farm 2

Perched on the heights of Dolleren, at the foot of the Schlumpf ski slopes, this mountain farm raises Vosgian breed cows, known for the quality of their milk and their deep roots in the mountain terroir. The milk is transformed into plain or fruit yogurts, as well as flans, all made artisanally. Its cheese, Cœur de Massif, with a strong flavor, completes a carefully crafted range of dairy products. Fresh milk is also sold in cartons, while beef and charcuterie from the farm are available depending on stock, by order only. The farm also participates in local markets: Wednesday mornings in Masevaux-Niederbruck, Fridays from 5 to 7 pm directly at the farm, and at the farmers' markets in Masevaux-Niederbruck.
