Loewert House with Half-Timbering and Corner Bay Window

Built in 1739, the Loewert House is one of the most iconic residences in Kaysersberg.

Its half-timbered architecture, typical of the region, is distinguished by a mural depicting the Virgin and Child, which also gives it the name House of the Virgin.

A two-story bay window adds to its historic charm.

Today, the ground floor of this historic house houses a bakery, continuing its role in the daily life of the town.
