This charming cottage, nestled in the heart of Alsace in Kientzheim, is close to Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, and Colmar. It offers an ideal setting to explore the region and its picturesque vineyards.

On the ground floor, a practical laundry room is equipped with an ironing board, a washing machine, and a dryer. There is also a storage room for bikes or skis depending on the season.

The first floor includes four bedrooms, one of which has two adjustable 90 cm beds. Two bathrooms, including a shower room, and two toilets, one of which is separate, complete this space.

On the second floor, a warm living-dining room features exposed beams. A peaceful reading corner and a small outdoor balcony with two deck chairs are arranged here. A large fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by greenery, completes the floor: refrigerator with fresh water dispenser, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and two coffee makers, including a Senséo, are available.
