On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x190 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm), as well as a second bedroom with a single bed. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this floor. Access to the upper floor is via a steep wooden staircase, not recommended for young children due to its steepness.

Upstairs, the equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, opens onto a living-dining room with a television. An additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and toilet complete this level.

Outside, a garden lounge and barbecue are available for enjoying fine weather. Secure parking in a closed courtyard is also provided.

The house is located below a river, offering a peaceful atmosphere and natural scenery.
