Maison Héritage
Founded in 1893 and now led by Yannick Germain, a Michelin-starred chef in 2015, Maison Héritage represents the fourth generation of restaurateurs in the family. Yannick took over the establishment in 1998 alongside his mother Christiane, then in 2005 with his wife Claudine, thus continuing the family legacy started by his grandfather Wolfgang Sautter. This warm and intimate place, with woody accents, highlights authenticity, welcoming hospitality, and the elegance of table arts, while preserving a gentle way of life steeped in tradition.
Maison Héritage follows a subtle transition approach, combining modernity with respect for its roots. The restaurant carefully cultivates the memory of a century-old home while adapting to the demands of a 21st-century establishment. This harmony between past and present is reflected in a cuisine respectful of Alsatian traditions, while opening up to measured evolution.
The united and passionate Germain family welcomes gourmets in a setting blending charm, conviviality, and refinement. Their daughter Charline continues this heritage, ensuring the continuity of an experience where every detail helps create an unforgettable encounter.
