Manon Schwarz Farm

Since 2018, Manon Schwarz has taken over the family farm.

Located on an 85-hectare estate spread across the communes of Ingwiller, Rothbach, and Puberg, she raises about 190 ewes and yearling ewes.

These animals give birth to around 250 lambs each year, ensuring a steady production.

Manon has adopted an environmentally friendly farming method: she practices rotational grazing, allowing the fields to regenerate naturally. Additionally, she uses only her own composted manure to fertilize the soil, avoiding any chemical inputs.
