The holiday home, a 180 m² detached house located near the owners' residence, centers around a fenced and generously wooded garden, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends. Inside, the garden-level floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room with a fireplace that opens onto a covered terrace and the garden, as well as two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, a relaxation area serves as a lounge-library or playroom, complemented by a shower room, separate toilets, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
