On the ground floor, the kitchen-living room is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, television, a sofa bed for two people, and a payphone. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine complete this space. Electric heating is included in the price, and beds are made upon arrival. A baby cot is available. Outside, a shared enclosed courtyard is furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, a swing set, a foosball table, and a ping-pong table. A garage is also accessible. The cottage is wheelchair accessible with assistance.
