This cottage, located on the upper floor of an outbuilding of the farm, offers an independent entrance and is situated on the outskirts of the village, near the G 1373. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room, featuring a kitchenette, includes a dishwasher, microwave, television, and payphone. There are two bathrooms, one with a toilet, plus a separate second toilet. Electric heating is included in the price.

Beds are made on arrival, and a baby bed can be provided upon request. The shared courtyard is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, a swing, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table. A small playhouse is also available for children. Finally, a garage is accessible.
