Meyer Farm

Since 1985, the Meyer family has been dedicated to producing foie gras from Alsace poultry.

As breeders, gavage specialists, and processors, they control every step to ensure impeccable quality.

Their activities also include raising various poultry such as turkeys, chickens, and Christmas roosters, as well as a flock of 100 sheep. They are now transitioning to organic farming to offer products deeply rooted in tradition while respecting the environment.

Every Friday, an organic producers' market is held on-site, featuring a vegetable grower, a baker with wood-fired bread, a beekeeper with Alsace honey, a goat cheesemaker, and other local producers depending on the season. The farm is partnered with the labels "Bienvenue à la ferme," "Alsace Qualité," and "Gänzeliesel."
