In Uffheim, Miellerie des Moulins has nurtured a true passion for bees and their treasures for more than three decades.

With nearly 300 hives spread within a 15-kilometer radius around the village, and sometimes reaching the Vosges to harvest the rare fir honey, it offers a variety of honeys and related products. Driven by their artisanal expertise, the producers also craft a range of treats: crunchy nougats, melting florentines, fragrant gingerbreads, sweet meads, and their famous honey-hazelnut spread, combining indulgence and authenticity.
