Located in the heart of an Alsatian village, this fully private house charms with its tranquility and comfort. Accessible to all types of travelers, it is especially suitable for couples, families with or without children, and groups. Just steps from local shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy) and a children's playground, it opens onto a forest ideal for hiking.

The modern kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, opens onto a bright living room with a large TV and two sofa beds. A spacious bathroom completes the space with its walk-in shower.

Upstairs, two bedrooms accommodate up to four people: one with an electric double bed, the other with a standard bed. Families with babies will find a crib, high chair, and play mat on site. The private south-facing garden is furnished with a table, chairs, a barbecue, and a swimming pool, offering a green and peaceful setting. The house is ideally located to explore the region's treasures: less than 15 km from Sélestat, Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, or Breitenbach; 25 minutes from Ribeauvillé, Colmar, Kaysersberg, or Riquewihr; and about 45 minutes from Strasbourg or Europa-Park. The Vosges ski resorts, such as Lac Blanc or Champ du Feu, are reachable in 30 minutes, as are the iconic Christmas markets.
