Moellinger Joseph and Sons Estate
In the heart of the Alsace vineyard, between Colmar and Eguisheim, the Moellinger estate continues a family tradition in organic farming. Michel Moellinger and his son Étienne cultivate the region's emblematic grape varieties – Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Sylvaner – on the slopes of Wettolsheim. The estate boasts three Grand Crus: Hengst, Steingrubler, and Pfersigberg, where the vines thrive in exceptional terroir.
The cellar showcases a bold blend of tradition and modernity: very old wooden vats stand alongside sleek stainless steel tanks. Nearby, bottles of Crémant rest upside down in a rack, awaiting disgorgement. It is here, in the tasting room, that visitors are invited to discover the estate's wines through a tasting.
