Morakopf Cellar

This Alsatian restaurant, passionately run by Céline, originally from Colmar, and Lukas, a native of Vienna, Austria, is located in an ancestral cellar adorned with a “Moor's head” – an iconic stained glass window whose local legend attributes its origin to a Crusader knight. This place, named after its Alsatian emblem, remains a must-visit spot in the wine-growing village where it is nestled on a hillside.

The interior, warm and friendly, features booths, cozy corners, striped fabrics, and a bar, creating a cozy atmosphere. It extends pleasantly onto a summer terrace at the back, perfect for nice weather.

In the kitchen, Lukas skillfully highlights local tradition, combining finesse and flexibility to offer dishes deeply rooted in the terroir.
