This place highlights a selection of organic products made using traditional methods.

It offers wheat flours ground on a granite millstone, available in several types: T65, T80, T130, and whole wheat, as well as rye and buckwheat flour. Organic wheat and rye bran complement the range. Organic sunflower oil, organic eggs, seasonal organic potatoes, and organic beef are also available.
