The Finck family welcomes you to an elegant 18th-century house nestled on the edge of the forest in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park.

The establishment highlights local gastronomy with a daily special served on weekdays, a varied menu, and typical set menus available on request. Specialties include Baeckeoffe, garnished sauerkraut, Fleischknepfle, and a pot-au-feu revisited in the Alsatian style. Flammekueche lovers can enjoy them on Saturday evenings.

To extend their stay, visitors can choose between guest rooms at the farm or in "la Oehlmühle," a fully restored former oil mill.
