Moulin Fritz
In Soufflenheim, Alsace, where the craft of culinary pottery is an ancient tradition, lies the Moulin FRITZ, also known as "la Weyermühle" or "the Pond Mill."
This site, surrounded by water and bordered by the Haguenau forest, has been continuing the milling activity for six generations.
It offers a wide range of flours, both conventional and organic, all made from wheat grown by local cereal farmers from northern Alsace.
The traditional flour, primarily designed for artisan bakers in the region, is complemented by an offering accessible to the general public through the adjoining shop, "la Farinière," where individuals can purchase flour in retail quantities.
