Moulin Roos
Built in 1910 using traditional water mill techniques, the Moulin Roos originally housed large millstones used to grind wheat and produce a few hundred kilos of flour.
Today, this four-story building has been transformed into an efficient industrial site, where modern machines allow grain to be processed into flour on a large scale, with a capacity of up to 40 tons per day.
Although professionals, especially bakers, remain the main customers of this mill, it also offers a small shop open daily to the public, where individuals can purchase freshly produced flour.
