Mountain Inn Le Blancrupt

Perched at 1,100 meters altitude in the heart of the Lac Blanc resort in Orbey, the Auberge du Blancrupt stands as an authentic getaway amidst fir forests and Vosges peaks. This preserved spot, accessible year-round, invites a gourmet break in a peaceful natural setting, between hikes and grand landscapes.

The inn highlights generous, seasonal homemade cuisine, served self-service only at midday, Monday to Sunday, during Christmas, winter, and summer holidays, until 2 p.m. The menu features comforting dishes like munstiflette, pie, as well as blueberry or fromage blanc tart. A vegetarian option is always offered. From the afternoon, a brasserie menu allows guests to enjoy savory platters, drinks, and desserts on the panoramic terrace, offering breathtaking mountain views.

The establishment also welcomes groups year-round by reservation, with tailored menus such as the marcaire menu or baeckeoffe, showcasing local specialties.

For accommodation, the Auberge du Blancrupt offers four upscale lodgings, renovated with a warm mountain spirit. Two 3-star studios accommodate up to two people, while two more spacious 4-star apartments can host four to six guests. Each lodging boasts stunning mountain views and access to a shared sauna. Bed linens are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

The inn is an ideal starting point for year-round activities. In winter, it lies at the foot of cross-country ski trails and near the alpine ski lifts of Lac Blanc. In warmer months, many activities are accessible within a few hundred meters: adventure park, barefoot trail, paintball, bike park, and the Tricky Track sled run.
