This cottage, located on the upper floor of the winemaker-owner's house, is part of the Ancien Monastère estate. Surrounded by a vineyard, an orchard, and a forest, it offers a peaceful and secluded setting away from the road. The accommodation includes two bedrooms: the first (BR1) has two single beds, and the second (BR2) has a double bed. A fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a toilet, and central heating are also available.

Bed linen is provided upon request for an additional fee. Shared with the owner, who occupies G1557 on the same floor, are a laundry room in the basement, a courtyard, a green space, a plot of land, garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking. The estate also offers wine sales and tastings directly at the cellar.
