This bright and spacious apartment, ideally located in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines in the heart of Alsace, is just 20 minutes from the famous Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle and 10 minutes from the wine route with its picturesque villages. Perfect for a family or friends' stay, it can accommodate up to 6 people on the second floor of a fully renovated detached house.

The interior layout is designed to combine comfort and conviviality. The first bedroom offers a double bed and a BZ sofa bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a mezzanine area with another double bed. The open and bright common area includes a kitchen (being finalized), a dining room, and a living room with a pool table for relaxing moments.

The modern bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in shower, providing optimal comfort. Outside, the apartment benefits from a private enclosed garden at the back of the house, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxation. Two parking spaces are also available in the courtyard at the front of the house.
