Municipal Library
The Orbey Library is a 300 m² cultural space designed for discovery, exchange, and leisure.
It is part of the Kaysersberg Valley Library Network, alongside the media libraries of Kaysersberg and Lapoutroie. A team of librarians and volunteers warmly welcomes visitors and regularly offers a variety of activities: story hours, book clubs, genealogy clubs, and lectures. These events are detailed in the structure's online calendar.
On site, visitors can consult or borrow a wide range of materials suitable for all ages: novels, comics, documentaries, magazines, and DVDs.
To prepare your visit, you can consult the online catalog at https://rmvk.c3rb.org/.
The library also provides a dedicated genealogy area, offering access to the civil status archives of the town covering the period from 1793 to 1937.
Three computer stations and a color laser printer are available to the public to meet their digital needs.
