My Gym 3.0, located in the Health Hub, is an innovative space combining sport, health, and wellness.

Designed to be accessible to everyone, this gym focuses on friendliness and personalized support to make sport more inclusive.

It offers coaches specialized in adapted physical activity, able to create tailored programs and provide regular follow-up through individualized assessments.

The equipment, safe and adapted, can be used from age 10 (depending on height) and is also suitable for people with medical conditions or physical limitations.
