Emilie travels the Alsatian roads with her truck to share her creations. She organizes regular tours in the villages of the region, providing a mobile and friendly culinary experience.

In Oberentzen, she sets up every Friday of even weeks, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, in the square in front of the town hall. A perfect opportunity to enjoy her panzerotti in a warm atmosphere.

In addition to her fixed stops, Emilie participates in public events such as the Food Truck Festival in Réguisheim or Ensi’Scène in Ensisheim, and can also cater to private occasions upon request.
