Emilie shares delicious recipes of panzerotto, a specialty from southern Italy. This turnover is made with fresh pizza dough, filled according to taste, then fried for a crispy and flavorful result.

She regularly travels through Alsatian villages with her truck to offer her creations. In Oberhergheim, she sets up every Tuesday of even weeks, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, at the Town Hall Square.

Emilie also takes part in public or private events, such as the Food Truck Festival in Réguisheim or Ensi’Scène in Ensisheim.
