Old Jewish Cemetery

Dating back to 1798, this Jewish cemetery in Rixheim preserves more than a hundred graves. It reflects the presence of a large Jewish community in the region during the first half of the 19th century. Among its members were the ancestors of Captain Dreyfus, whose history is thus connected to this place of remembrance.
