Old Synagogue of Niederbronn-les-Bains

Built in 1869, this synagogue is notable for its Orientalist architecture, characterized by prominently arched windows.

Although its size seems disproportionate to the local Jewish community, it was designed to rival the surrounding monumental buildings such as the church, chapel, and convent.

Damaged during World War II, the building was sold to the municipality in 1989. Today, it houses the Catholic parish center, continuing its role in the urban landscape.
