OTO PRM House

This single-story house, designed for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and their caregivers, offers optimal accessibility over 70 m². Its innovative OTO rotating system allows the desired room to be positioned in front of the user for secure and autonomous access, without corridors. The entrance, equipped with a 90 cm motorized French door with contrasting elements, opens onto a wheelchair-accessible path. The kitchen features an adjustable worktop and accessible appliances, while the bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and adapted Japanese toilets. Two bedrooms, including one with a medical bed and lifting rail, are wheelchair accessible. The living and dining rooms, equipped with a sofa bed, complete the space. A small accessible terrace and a fenced green area extend the living space. A reserved and adapted parking space is also available.
