This independent chalet, nestled at 570 meters altitude on the heights of a peaceful village, offers a calm and wooded residential setting. Accessible by its own roads, it has parking, a garage, and all necessary connections. It can accommodate 2 to 6 people across three levels but is not suitable for those with reduced mobility due to stairs.

The ground floor includes an entrance leading to a garage, a fitness room, and a main floor with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with fireplace and TV (100 channels), a shower room, toilets, a laundry room, and a double bedroom.

Upstairs there are toilets, a second double bedroom, and a mezzanine with two additional beds. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet and a box. A south-facing balcony offers stunning valley views, while a private west-facing terrace furnished with garden furniture invites relaxation or children's play in a green setting. Close to small shops and the village SNCF train station, a large supermarket is less than 10 km away. The surroundings offer many activities: hiking trails, swimming pool, ski slopes, a lake, as well as ideal access for tourist or cultural visits to Thann, Mulhouse, or Basel.
