Parad'ice - Artisan Ice Cream Maker and Pastry Chef

Nicolas, an artisan ice cream maker and pastry chef, travels through Alsatian villages with his truck to share his creations. In Ensisheim, he hosts the Farmers' Market in the town center every first Friday of the month, from April to October, from 5 PM to 8-9 PM depending on the season.

He also participates in certain public or private events, offering his products for tasting or ordering. Visitors can enjoy his ice creams and frozen desserts on site or reserve his specialties for special occasions.
