Parad’ice - Artisan Ice Cream Maker and Pastry Chef

Nicolas, an artisan ice cream maker and pastry chef, regularly travels through Alsatian villages with his truck to share his gourmet creations. In Réguisheim, he sets up at the Farmers' Market on the 3rd Friday of the months from April to September, from 5 PM to 8 PM, at the Church Square. Visitors can enjoy his ice creams and frozen desserts directly on site or place orders for customized preparations.

His products, varied and evolving, adapt to the seasons. He also participates in public or private events upon request.
