Parad’ice - Artisan Ice Cream Maker and Pastry Chef

Nicolas, an artisan ice cream maker and pastry chef, regularly travels through Alsatian villages with his truck to share his gourmet creations. Every Tuesday from 3:30 PM, he sets up in Niederentzen, in the square in front of the Salle du Temps Libre, to delight lovers of frozen treats.

In addition to his regular rounds, he participates in various public or private events, depending on the occasion. Customers can also place orders for ice creams, frozen desserts, or other specialties like waffles, to enjoy on site, directly at the truck.

The menu, constantly renewed, adapts to the seasons to offer varied flavors suited to each time of year.
