"Petit Hohneck" Natural Climbing Site

This sport climbing site, classified for beginners and advanced climbers, offers routes suitable for all levels, from 3a to 6a.

The granite walls, well fractured and rich in small feldspars, provide varied holds for accessible and stimulating climbing.

The routes, ranging from 8 to 20 meters high, allow climbers to start or improve their skills safely.

From the summit, a magnificent view of Lake Schiessrothried adds a contemplative dimension to the physical effort.

Access is via the Route des Crêtes, with parking available at the Sommet du Hohneck restaurant. A walk of about 15 minutes on foot towards Gaschney is then required to reach the site.
