Pfalzweyer
Founded following the clearings carried out on the sandstone plateau by the Palatine Count of La Petite Pierre, Pfalzweyer has preserved part of its agricultural heritage.
Today, this Alsatian commune quietly continues this tradition while drawing on its artisanal past.
Its coat of arms reflects this: they represent the emblematic activities of the past, such as tile making, cutlery, and woodworking, symbols of a local craftsmanship now lost.
