Perched in the heart of the Val de Villé in Alsace, Pfister Pastry Shop has been preserving the art of traditional flavors for three generations. This warm establishment invites you to gourmet stops, whether for a lunch served throughout the day, a tasty snack, or simply to take away sweets.

Within its walls, you will discover a true sweet paradise, where each creation reflects local artisanal know-how.

The house specialties are numerous: moist gingerbread, generous fruit tarts, delicate bredele, refined mille-feuilles, melting iced vacherin, as well as a selection of fine chocolates and fruit jellies. To accompany these treats, the pastry shop also offers a range of hot drinks such as Viennese hot chocolate, special coffees and teas, as well as a menu of white and red wines and aperitifs to extend the pleasure.
