Picnic Area - the Domes of Fort de Schoenenbourg

A picnic table is set in a preserved natural setting at the foot of the imposing domes of Fort de Schoenenbourg.

This site offers a remarkable panorama of the surroundings from a large meadow where there is also an orientation table.

The remains of the Maginot Line, witnesses to history, are visible nearby.

A crushed stone parking area is available to facilitate access to this place.
