Protestant Church of Bouxwiller
Built in 1614, this remarkable church houses a historic organ constructed by J.A. Silbermann in 1778, now classified as a historic monument. Its interior also features a finely carved and painted Renaissance stone pulpit, as well as a gallery with restored panels adorned with 17th-century biblical scenes. A lordly lodge completes this architectural and artistic heritage.
Nearby, within the Protestant cemetery grounds, the adjoining chapel contains a stained glass window signed by Joseph Ehrismann. This masterpiece of glass art is distinguished by its colors inspired by the famous Bleu de Bouxwiller, offering a unique atmosphere and special light to the sacred space.
