Public Fountain in Rouffach

In 1860, a small square was specially arranged to host a public fountain.

It was topped with a heraldic Virgin, a work by the Rouffach sculptor Barta. Unfortunately, this fountain was destroyed over time.

It was later replaced by the current monument, created by the artist Stenzel from Strasbourg.
