Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this 800 m² home opens onto a large enclosed garden, blooming and shaded by fruit trees, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments.

Nearby, the village's small shops and the greenway offer pleasant walks, while the forest and its fishing pond invite relaxation or fishing for enthusiasts.

Inside, the cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140x190 cm), and the second has three single beds (90x200 cm), which can be separated by a screen if needed. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, and storage, is complemented by separate toilets and a washing machine.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as several coffee options (Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, and drip coffee maker) and a wide range of utensils. The spacious living room is furnished with two sofas, a television, and a hi-fi system compatible with Bluetooth, CD, and DVD.

For sports enthusiasts, a dedicated fitness area is set up with available equipment. Games, books, and DVDs are also provided to enhance your stay. Finally, a closed garage can accommodate a car, motorcycles, or bicycles.

The all-inclusive rental price includes water, electricity, and heating charges, unlimited Wi-Fi access, household linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Baby equipment is available on request. Note: parties are not allowed in the cottage.
