For 115 years, five generations have succeeded each other at the helm of this warm inn, located on the banks of the Ill river in Illhaeusern, a fishing village.

Today, Christophe, the passionate chef, continues the culinary tradition by preparing local specialties: fish such as matelote, fried carp, or trout from the vivier, as well as game from the plains. His award-winning goose foie gras is also available to take away.

For family events, three rooms are available, and in summer, a flowered terrace offers a pleasant view of the river. A place where hospitality and tradition blend with pleasure.
