Restaurant Am Lindeplatzel

After spending over fifteen years away from Alsace and running their first establishment in Burgundy, Anne-Claire and Nicolas Arnold chose to return to their roots.

In Mittelbergheim, a charming and historic Alsatian village, they opened Am Lindeplatzel. This restaurant marks a new beginning for the couple, who uphold a cuisine rooted in tradition while boldly reinventing it.

The dishes, prepared with respect for the ingredients and inspired by the seasons, reflect the soul of the Alsatian terroir.

Each culinary creation is a dialogue between memory and innovation: for example, you can enjoy veal sweetbreads with Armagnac or carefully prepared fish, while poached eggs in meurette recall local recipes.
