Restaurant At the Golden Eagle

The family-run restaurant "À l'Aigle d'Or" has been enriched by the arrival of Pierre, son of Jean-Philippe and Brigitte Hellmann.

After training with renowned chefs such as Marc Haeberlin of "L'Auberge de l'Ill" in Illhaeusern and Pascal Bastian of "Au Cheval Blanc" in Lembach, Pierre joined his father in the kitchen.

Together, they continue and reinvent traditional recipes, beloved by their clientele, adding a touch of innovation.

Their creations highlight seasonal vegetables and fruits, some sourced directly from the family garden, prepared with simplicity and passion.
