Perched in the heart of the picturesque village of Kaysersberg, this iconic restaurant has been run by the Ancel family since 1724. Their passion and expertise in Alsatian cuisine have been passed down through generations, offering an authentic and flavorful experience. The menu highlights regional specialties, refreshed seasonally to ensure freshness and originality.

The establishment features three dining rooms, suitable for groups of all sizes, in a friendly atmosphere. Note: the restaurant is closed on Tuesday evenings and at midday during the off-season, and also closed all day Wednesday throughout the year.
