Restaurant Auberge Au Nid de Cigognes
Housed in the walls of the former Mutzig brewery, this restaurant celebrates traditional Alsatian cuisine. Although the local brewery, closed in 1989, no longer produces beer on site, the restaurant offers Mützig beer, brewed in several African countries and distributed by Heineken. Wine lovers can also discover Alsace white wines from the Mutzig vineyard, part of the Alsace Wine Route.
In a cozy dining room with 50 seats, the restaurant serves traditional and refined dishes, including daily specials, game, and fish specialties. Tarte flambée is reserved for evenings from Friday to Sunday and on the eves of public holidays. A summer terrace allows guests to enjoy views of the beautiful flowered garden of the former brewery. For convenience, take-away dishes are also available.
