Just ten minutes from Dannemarie and Belfort, at the gateway to Sundgau, the restaurant "Aux Trois Fleurs" welcomes you in the charming village of Montreux-Jeune. Run by Mr. and Mrs. Berger, this friendly spot highlights refined and generous Alsatian cuisine, featuring local specialties such as fried carp, with the restaurant being a member of the Fried Carp Routes association. The setting, both rustic and elegant, is distinguished by exposed beams, warm lighting, and floral touches, creating a soothing and welcoming atmosphere. The three air-conditioned rooms, along with the terrace and enclosed courtyard, offer a pleasant space to enjoy dishes prepared by the chef, Mr. Berger.
