At Enfin, we celebrate gourmet, natural, local, and seasonal cuisine. This philosophy is expressed through a Unique Menu consisting of about ten courses, a way for us to honor the season and Alsace through our encounters and culinary memories.

This menu is offered in the evenings and on weekends, both at lunch and dinner.

On weekdays at lunch, we offer 5 or 7-course menus to explore our culinary approach. We are particularly proud to have been awarded a Michelin star in the 2023 guide, highlighting our commitment to closely respecting the seasonality of Alsatian and French terroirs.
