Restaurant L'Olivar
Joël, son of winemakers from Soultz, gained experience in prestigious restaurants before traveling the world to explore Indian, Asian, South American, and Caribbean cuisines.
After four years in a renowned London establishment, he returned to his hometown to open his own restaurant. With his team, he serves inventive cuisine that changes with the seasons, highlighting dry-aged meats and a carefully selected wine list. Desserts, homemade by the pastry chef, complete a menu that evolves regularly.
Every Friday, the restaurant hosts a special Asado Chimichurri night, an Argentine specialty to discover new flavors.
