Restaurant La Merise

Nestled in the heart of a natural setting in Laubach, the restaurant La Merise opened its doors in October 2016.

Christelle and Cédric Deckert lead a young team that creates refined cuisine using fresh ingredients throughout the seasons.

This excellence was recognized with a first Michelin star in 2018, followed by a second in 2021.

The warm and authentic atmosphere is set in a building reminiscent of a renovated Alsatian farmhouse, offering a gourmet and immersive experience.
