Restaurant le Chou'Heim

The Auberge du Chou’Heim, once a tithe farm building, reflects a past when a tenth of local harvests was given to the lord of the Château de Krautergersheim.

Over time, this historic site was transformed into a restaurant in the 1990s and has since become a key reference for traditional Alsatian cuisine.

Today, the establishment invites guests to discover authentic flavors through iconic dishes such as royal sauerkraut, tarte flambée, and more original creations like the Alsatian Munster cheeseburger. Perfectly suited for family, business, or friendly meals, this venue combines historic charm and conviviality for unforgettable gourmet moments.
