Restaurant le Studerhof
In the heart of Sundgau, the Studerhof is a family-run restaurant that highlights refined, traditional cuisine respectful of the seasons. Indulge in signature dishes such as Fish Sauerkraut, Royal Sauerkraut, fried carp, and tarte flambée. The establishment also offers local specialties that change with the seasons, which you can discover by following their culinary updates.
Perched on the heights of the village, the Studerhof offers an exceptional view of the Ill river's meander, the villages of Oltingue and Wolschwiller, as well as Burg and Metzerlen-Mariastein in Switzerland, in the cantons of Basel-Country and Solothurn. Further south, the first foothill of the Jura, the Blaue, rises to 875 meters, completing this panorama.
The establishment features a beautiful terrace, a room suitable for groups, and carefully prepared cuisine. In summer, the terrace with a summer garden allows guests to fully enjoy the setting. Starting Friday, September 4, 2026, the restaurant offers Mussels Marinières every Friday.
